Fashion trends can be really surprising sometimes. How can you suddenly start wearing something that you would have laughed at a couple of months ago? When skinny jeans appeared on the market ten years ago, I first thought it was a joke. How can you possibly wear something like that? Not that long before, baggy pants were popular, and everybody was wearing them, men, women and children. But this is probably not the best example. Skinny jeans are a real TREND, something that survived for years. Now I"m going to talk about FADS, or something that disappears quickly. Let"s take these Leather Skirts as an example. Have you seen all those young teenage girls wearing them? Metal fans are really crazy about them. What"s so special about those ugly baggy skirts? Well, these girls are following one of the most popular metal singer. She wears a skirt like that during all her concerts, interviews and all other public performances. And needless to say, teenagers always try to model themselves on stars, or rather their appearance. This is why clothes companies are now selling leather skirts. But as I have already told you, I think it"s just a fad. Fashion is changing, and new metal bands are becoming popular. Soon something else will become popular among teens.
