In the previous article we presented you just one of the points of view concerning the issue brought up in the title of this very one. The opinion of Mr. Richard Sample was a perfect example of how the staff may benefit from the freshest ideas of their management. However on the other hand there have also been some badly intoned voices over this case from the crowd. One of them is the voice of John Green, the worker who has been a part of the company for fifteen years now. He claims that this is the most stupid idea his bosses could come up with. He has never heard of such an undertaking elsewhere in the world. Paying out the salaries in form of gold bullion gets on his nerves clearly. But is there anything he could do? First of all he always has an ability of leaving the job, quitting with an explanation that he does not want to receive his payment in form of bullion bars. This should be right enough to be well understood. Maybe in such case the management will even consider dealing with the single employee on another conditions, who knows. Nevertheless, Mr. Green is now in bad situation and it is all hanging on a tiny line. Personally, I dont know what my reaction would be if I was forced to cope with some bullion bars instead of cash.
