As a nutritional adviser I can compliment the personal training work. Muscle gain, weight loss and a healthy varied diet all tie in with fitness. I class myself as a ‘realistic’ nutritionist. Specifically this means I understand that nobody is, or wants to be perfect all the time, nor will I force people to eat foods they dislike just on the basis that it is good for them. As with all my training, I believe that life is short and to be enjoyed, being healthy and fit will just act as a vehicle to help you get the most out of your body in the time you have.
