Before Tabs headed up to pastures new in Manchester I had regular massage for a period of 8 months (Tabs can you remember how long?). She was dedicated to fathom out the source of my muscular problems and found several trigger points that no others had done before. I am now able to administer self massage in certain areas to prevent sustained pain (not quite the same as when Tabs was on the case). Tabs is enthusiastic and passionate, she not only advised on massage but my general fitness and diet which has certainly made a big difference to my life.
